Moo Nam Tok the Best of E-San food

If you have been to Thailand, I believe you will know “Moo Nam Tok” otherwise you never made it to Thailand! 😛
Fresh Mint and lime are absolutely perfect to make this dish so amazing. Shall we start cooking together? 😀

Ingredients
Pork sirloin 300 g
Water 1 cup
Chopped shallots 4 shallots
Saw Coriander 2 stalks
Chopped Spring Onion 2 stalks
Mint Leaves 1 handful
Chili Flake 2 tblsp
Sugar 1 tblsp
Fish Sauce 2 tblsp
Lime 2 tblsp
Roasted Rice Powder 1 tblsp
Vegetables ; Lettuce, Cabbage, Cucumber

Instructions
Grill pork sirlion over the charcoal grill, then slice it into single pieces.
Put all the grilled pork into the mixing bowl
Add all the seasoning; chili flake, sugar, fish sauce, lime and a little bit of water. Then mix it all up first and add all veggies – hearbs in ; shallot, mint leaves, spring onion and saw coriander.
Mix it up then taste. Add roasted rice power and quick mix one more time.
Serve it with sticky rice and fresh selection of your vegetables.
