Ingredients
Cooked rice 1 cup.
Minced pork or minced chicken 30-50 g.
Minced garlic 2-3 cloves.
Minced onion 1/4 onion.
Cubed carrot 15 g. or
Sweet corn 15 g. or
Pea 15 g.
Egg 1 egg.
Oil 2 tbsps.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
and
Chopped coriander and green onion
Cucumber (garnish)
Intructions
Add a bit of oil into a hot wok.
Add garlic, egg and rice almost at the same time.
On medium heat, keep stirring up and add carrots, onions, peas or corns as you like.
Then add all the seasonings ; sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Add green onion, mix it one more time and turn off the heat.
Serve hot!
