Ingredients
Shrimp and Squid (or pork/ chicken) 200 g
Sliced Green Chili Pepper 1-2 chilis
Chopped garlic 2 cloves
Onion 2 tblsp
Spring Onion 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce 1 tblsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tblsp
White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Vegetable Oil 1 tblsp
Instructions
Preheat the wok, add vegetable oil first, then chopped garlic. green chilli peppers and onion. Stirring well until they all cooked.
Add seafood(shrimp, squid) into the wok, put it on high-heat then immediately add all the seasonings; soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and pepper powder. Mix it well.
Add spring onion, and stirring well one more time.
Serve it on top of the rice.
