Stir-Fried Chicken Breast with Red Chilli Paste

The smell of chilli paste when you start heating it up with oil ~ Yum Yum!

Ingredients
Chicken breast 200 g.
Milk 200ml.
White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp.

Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp.
Chopped garlic 1-2 cloves
Roasted chili paste 2 tbsp.
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp.
Coriander leaves (garnish)

Instructions
Put chicken breast into a bowl, pour 200ml of milk and white pepper powder and marinate it for 1 hour.
Preheat the wok, add vegetable oil, then the marinade chicken until done.
Add garlic next, follow by roasted chilli paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir it all well.
Serve hot by put some coriander leaves as garnish.
