Fried-Sambal Chicken

I love all Asian food, so today I will show you how to make a Malaysian dish called Sambal Chicken. It is very easy to cook and I can’t stop eating it! XD

Ingredients
Chicken wings 500 g.
Malaysian sambal chili paste 1 tbsp.
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 2 tbsps.
Salt 1 tsp.
Oyster sauce 2 tbsps.
Apple vinegar 2 tbsps.
Vegetable oil (to marinate) 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil (to deep fry)
All-purpose flour

Instructions
Mix chicken wings with salt to clean the chicken first, rinse it with water.
Start to marinate the chicken with all the seasonings ; sambal paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, apple vinegar and vegetable oil. Then leave it for 10 minutes.
Pour some all-purpose flour into the chicken, mix well.
Pour half of litre of oil into the wok, heat it up, and fry to marinade chicken with the medium-heat until it’s done.
Serve it ketchup or chili sauce as you wish!
