Ingredients
Egg 2 eggs.
Butter 1 tbsp.
Minced pork 30-50 g.
Chinese sausage 10 g.
Vietnamese sausage 10 g.
Soy sauce 1 tsp.
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
White pepper powder
Coriander/ Green onion (garnish)
Oil
Instructions
Heat up the wok, add minced pork, soy sauce, sugar and a little bit of white pepper powder. Leave it until done.
Fry Chinese sausage, and Vietnamese sausage then rest them on the plate.
Heat up the pan, add butter then egg and cook until done.
Put all the toppings on top, garnish it with coriander, a little soy sauce, white pepper powder and ketchup.
