Laab E-Sarn the Best of the Best E-San Food
This is my favourite dish from Thailand. I have been trying to find a restaurant in England that serves REAL Laab E-San but guess what? I couldn’t find any. So my lovely Thai friend had shown me how to cook it and I am sharing the recipe with you! 😛

Ingredients
Minced pork 300 gram.
Water 1 cup.
Shallot 4 shallots.
Saw Coriander 2 stalks.
Green Onion 2 stalks.
Mint leave 1 handful.
Chili flake 2 tbsps.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Fish sauce 2 tbsps.
Lime juice 2 tbsps.
Roasted rice powder 1 tbsp.
Deep-fried chili (garnish)
Other selections of fresh vegetables ; lettuce, cabbage or cucumber etc.
Instructions
Pour the water into the pot, heat up the fire then add pork, cook and stir minced pork until done.
Then pour out the water into the cup as a stock, and put the cooked minced pork into the mixing bowl.
In the mixing bowl, add chili flake, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and some stock along the way with sliced shallots, mint leaves, chopped green onion and saw coriander.
Mix everything up altogether, then add some roasted rice power.
Plate it and serve with fresh vegetables and sticky rice.
