Ingredients
Garlic 2-5 cloves.
Thai chili 2-5 chilis.
Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
Holy basil’s flower (optional)
Holy basil leave 1 handful.
Minced pork 80-150 g.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsps.
Fish sauce 1-2 tbsps.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.

Ingredients
Make the paste first, by add Thai chili, garlic, black pepper and basil flower into the mortar. Mas it up really well until it becomes the paste.
Heat up the wok, then add some oil, then the paste. Stir fry for 1 minute for better aroma.
Add minced pork and cook it until done, follow by seasonings ; fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir fry it well.
Add holy basil leave, mix it up one more time and serve!
