How to Make Delicious and Healthy Spring Rolls
This is another delicious starter for you to cook for your friends. If you visit Thailand or South East Asia you will find spring rolls everywhere especially in street food markets. Here I will show you how to make healthy spring rolls! ;’)
Ingredients
Minced garlic cloves.
Minced pork 50 g.
Minced cabbage 1/2 cabbage.
Black fungus mushroom 15 g.
Cubed carrots 15 g.
Bean sprouts 1 handful.
Soaked glass noodles 1 handful.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
Black soy sauce 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Spring roll sheet 4 sheets.
Vegetable oil (to both stir fry and deep fry) 1 bottle.

Instructions
Make the fillings first, by heat up the wok with the oil, then follow by ; garlic, pork, carrot, mushroom, cabbage and bean sprouts. Cook until it’s all done.
Add all the seasonings ; soy sauce, black soy sauce, oyster sauce and glass noodles. Then stir fry for 2 more minutes.
Lay the spring roll sheet on the chopping board and put some fillings on one side of the sheet, roll it up and seal it well with egg.
Deep fry until it’s all turn golden brown and crispy then serve!
