Early Morning with Thai Style Rice Soup and Pork Ribs 😉
Imagine you are on holiday in Thailand and having this rice soup. It is very Thai style to have rice soup in the morning before everyone goes to work, because we need more energy to start our lovely day. Oh my buddha! Please bring me there. >,<
Ingredients
Pork ribs 500 g.
Chilled Cooked rice 1 cup.
Water (for soup) 1/2 liter.
Garlic 3 cloves.
Coriander root 2 roots.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Coriander seed 1/2 tsp.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Chopped spring onion and coriander (garnish)
Fried garlic (garnish)
White pepper powder
Instructions
Wash and clean ribs before cut them into single pieces.
Pour the water into the pot, bring it to a boil, then add garlic, coriander root, coriander seeds, black peppers and keep boiling for 5 more minutes.
Put all the ribs into the soup and leave it for 15-20 minutes or until the ribs get cooked and tender.
Skim fat off the soup and add some salt and soy sauce.
In the bowl, place cooked rice at the bottom, pour the soup into the bowl, place ribs on top and garnish it with chopped coriander, chopped spring onion, fried garlic and white pepper powder.
