Ingredients (Chicken marinade)
Chicken 500 g.
Garlic 5 cloves.
Salt 1 tsp.
White pepper powder 1 tsp.
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp.
Ingredients (deep fry)
Egg 1 egg.
All purpose flour 300 g.
Oil 1 liter.
Ingredients (Sauce)
Oil 1 tbsp.
Minced garlic 2 cloves.
Korean chili paste 2-3 tbsps.
Ketchup 1-2 tbsps.
Apple vinegar 2 tbsps.
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
Honey 3-4 tbsps.
White pepper powder 1 tsp.
Sesame oil 2 tsps.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
and
White sesame
Chopped green onion
Instructions (Deep Fried Chicken)
Marinate the chicken first with all the marinade ingredients above.
Preheat the wok with 1L of oil.
Grab marinade chicken piece by piece, dip into egg-wash first, then all purpose flour.
and deep dry all of them!
Instructions (sauce)
In another sauce-pan, put some oil, garlic, Korean chili paste, apple vinegar, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and white pepper. Then stir well until it all combines.
Put all the deep fried chicken into the saucepan. Mix and serve.
