Roasted Chicken with Special Thai Herbs

Let’s start together! >,< YOUTUBE : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzKryaN44ss Ingredients Chicken thigh 1-3 thighs Coriander Seeds 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Chopped Lemongrass 1 stalk Garlic 3-4 cloves Turmeric 1 tsp Coriander Root 1-2 roots Palm Sugar 1 tblsp Fish Sauce 1 1/2 tblsp Instructions To make the marinade paste, put coriander seeds, black pepper, chopped lemongrass, turmeric, coriander root into the mortar, then pound it all together before adding palm sugar and fish sauce. Cut the chicken thigh along the bone, and marinate with the paste that has made earlier. Leave it for at least 1 hour. Place the marinade chicken over the charcoal grill and cook it until done (medium-heat). Ideally crispy outside and cooked all the way through. Serve it with sticky rice and sweet chilli sauce.
